Update on Dr. Gage

I spoke to Mrs. Betty Gage a few moments ago (7:00 E.S.T. on Monday, June 18, 2007) about the status of Dr. Gage.  His progress has been good and his surgery time has been moved up to one hour from now.  After the surgery, if all goes well, he will be kept in the hospital for a few more days to both administer strong antibiotics as well as monitor his progress.

He has asked that no calls be made to his room but prayers and welcome and encouraged.  Both Dr. and Mrs. Gage would like to extend heartfelt thanks to all of those who have lifted them up before the throne of grace.  They cannot thank you enough for your concern and kindness.

I will be speaking to Dr. or Mrs. Gage tomorrow afternoon or evening to get an update on the surgery.  I will post the news as soon as I am able.  Until then, keep praying, we have a wonderfully kind physician who knows our sicknesses and trials and leads us through them.
